Answer:This is the dimensions of the Club House on top 4'-6 7/16" Length x 4'-3 3/4" width x 6'-9" Height

The Bottom is 7'-8" Length x 51 3/4" Width x 4'-7 11/16" Height

Answer:19'3" by 15'-8 3/16" built. You will need 6 ft all around for a safety zone making your total area 31'-3" BY 27'-8 3/16"

Answer:all of our products are made of cedar wood.

Question:Can this be installed for indoor use?

Answer:Our sets are designed for outdoor use as part of the safety feature for children playing are ground anchors.

Question:Is this set factory built so that we can install it ourselves or do we need to purchase lumbar?

Answer:Everything is included in the kit (Lumber and hardware). All you need is the tools to put it together. They even include the required Torx bits. I strongly recommend using an impact driver as everything is attached using screws and lag bolts!
