Question: can you verify that it's 14 inches high exactly? If it is it gives me 1 inch clearance for my garage
Answer: yes, it's 14" high including the ladder when it's folded.

Question: I have a 2016 Mini Counrtyman... how do I know if this will fit/be supported on my roofrack?
Answer: Usually, the Countryman comes with a roof rack which can take a maximum weight of 75kg (165lbs). Furthermore, the roof racks you can buy for the other models of Mini usually handle up to 75kg. ( try to look on your car's manual )

Question: Is this a 4 season tent?
Answer: Hello, yes this is a 4 season tent.

Question: I’m 6’7 will I fit in this?
Answer: I’m 6’1 and there’s plenty of room for myself, my dog and girlfriend. I’d say I have an extra 2 feet

Question: How much weight does the ladder hold?
Answer: Well my Husband weighs 250 and is 6"5 tall and so far we haven't had any problems.. I think the ladder holds up to 300lbs
