Question: Can the mosquito netting be closed without closing the curtains?
Answer: Yes. I have the netting closed now during the summer. They are on separate tracks.

Question: Is there a way to secure it to a concrete pad?
Answer: Absolutely. Mine is secured using concrete anchors.

Question: Is this waterproof? Are there leaks?
Answer: No leaks we resonantly had a down pour in Redding California. Very happy with this gazebo.

Question: Is the metal and roof all black?
Answer: No the metal is a dark brown and the roof is a dark tinted see through plastic.
